Very disapointed.

I had errors importing my data from every finantial instituttion. The app was showing worthless warnings and make me made unneeded corrections. I denied the inclusion of the IRA form after I realized that I didn't need it and I had to erase in the audit process twice. I already corrected or accepted warnings several times and it asked me to review them again and again. It took me 5 hours to do the return this time wherease I has taken me 2 hours in the past. I have used this program for at least 5 years in a row but next year, I will consider/research your competion in more detail.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

Good product and experience. I feel the price however should be lower. Also the interview questions and screens for Foreign Tax Credit needs to be improved. I had to find an outside source for how to fill these out for a pretty simple credit for taxes paid on my brokerage 1099 dividends and the software should be able to handle this much better.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have been using for years and it has never disappointed. Wish it did not have to update so often and not all my financial institutions could input data directly but overall, easy to use and very trustworthy.
