Product offers ease of use but is a bit too pricey

The price is a little out of range for the average person needing to do their taxes, especially if they have self employment schedule c and se needs. But the product its easy to use.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Easy to import
Cons: Time consuming

i have used H&R for 5 years. I do find it is easier to contact turbo tax than you. There is no info if you need the accounting department for over charge
