I’ve used H&R Block for years now and it has always delivered a great value and satisfactory results.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast

Great software BUT

Have used tax software for 30 years. Can't find my submitted copy to check status. Only previous versions are showing and they are incomplete. Followed the directions Same problem for both members of family.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast
Cons: Hard to fix issues

My Ohio state return was rejected: " Your Ohio state tax return was rejected because of a problem with our e-filing process. We apologize for this inconvenience. " I hope that H&R Block will handle any penalty/fees.
