I have been buying your software for years and has been reliable. However it has a problem remembering my password. I would add a pw and then the next day it would not recognize it anymore and so I created a new one. Still did not work. I had to start over each time and was a real pain.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

3 different Quick Summaries, 3 different amounts

After spending a few hours inputting all of my data I had 3 different outcomes and 3 different Quick Summaries all having the Same Income, Adjusted gross income, deductions, same taxable income, and same "Tax withheld or paid already". The only difference was "Actual tax due" and different amounts under "You Owe". Can anyone explain that? Other errors weren't caught until I tried to file, and this was AFTER "Your federal balance due", "100% Accurate, Guaranteed", leading me to believe I can't really Trust the results of this software since it appears to be flawed with inconsistencies for the final results.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
