Fantastic and easy. Does need some refining. Many boxes were not obvious as to what information it wanted. Also, when you were directed to a "sub box", it did not reallize you were through and took you back to the original screen resulting in one not knowing for sure if your information took. More feedback to the user is needed in many areas.

Really wish the software came with the ability to use the alternative calculation for year of marriage for form 8962. Huge inconvenience that I had to read through dozens of pages of instructions, fill out multiple worksheets and manually fill out form 8962 when a simple couple of questions from the interview would have told the software how to fill it out properly. Now I have to print all 30 pages of the return and mail it in....what a pain.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

The program is easy to follow and submit; however we were given a choice between direct deposit of our refund OR receive a paper check by USPS. We chose the later only to receive a letter from IRS telling us there was no option. Very confusing.
