Super old program with a tired interface. Will try to "install a PDF printer" driver even though windows already has that. When you look at a form, you can't press "page down" to scroll down. Insists on me inputting a ton of data just to discover (no ducks, sherlock) that the simple deduction is the best one.
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love using your software but I'm a little disappointed I cannot change my mind about hoe i will pay for it. it wasn't until the end that I was told there would be a convivence fee. Which, by the way i find to be exorbitant
Pros: Easy to prepare

In the past it's always worked great, but this year downloading forms from my broker hasn't worked all tax season. I even spent a good long time on the phone with their support folks a month or so back, and at the end of it their answer was we know it's not working, we're working on fixing it, and you can just manually enter the info. I tried it again over the weekend and it's STILL not working - which seems a little ridiculous with a week before filing is due.

The software is very intuitive and flags potential errors before filing.
My biggest gripe is that it imported the incorrect value for the previous year AGI, so glad I double checked.
