Acceptable Experience. Unfortunate Interface

The tax calculation is thorough and easy to follow.
The interface is poorly thought out and implemented.
Miniscule fonts make usability a crapshoot. And, with no way to adjust for a more reasonable size and appearance, it's clear no one there really gives a hoot.

I've used H&R Block software for many years, and always been happy with the results. This year it let me down when it came to form 7206. The program did not complete all the data, even though all that info was in the software. It caused a hiccup with the IRS.
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

As usual, the program was relatively easy to use but it did not correctly deal with IRA distributions and it did not correctly calculate the tax that I owed so the IRS needed to adjust my tax return.
