Great except code would not work for free federal

I’ve used this software for years and it’s been great. My code would not work this year for the free efile for federal. Very disappointed. I didn’t feel like dealing with it and paid the fee and charge. As a single mom working her butt off, every penny counts.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to fix issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had no problems using the program to figure my taxes. However, when I tried to efile it, it would not recognize my activation code. I had to call H& R Block for help to file it. I had a hard time trying to get through on your automated system. It did not want to let me speak to a person. I think it needs a lot of work to make it easier for your customers to get the help they need.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to fix issues

This product was so easy to use, except when I tried to e-file the activation code was invalid, but I called your company and the tech was able to help me with a new code, so I was able e-file my taxes.

I got it in the mail again this year and when I got my other thing it went easy and fast if I get one nest year I will do it again at that price
