I am not well pleased this year with this software. I won't be using it next year and probably never again. I actually don't trust it at all now. The program/software had me enter all the deductions for moving expenses, and then told me that I was not eligible to take them. It already had the information from me that disqualified me from the deductions before I entered all the details of the deductions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

IP PIN

The online program will not allow me to get back to the screen to enter my IP PIN. The IRS rejected my initial submitted return as I overlooked entering my IP PIN. I have spent over an hour trying to access the section needed to enter the PIN with no luck but a lot of frustration!
