I have bought H and R Block software for over 7 years. I do this as it is easy to sue, get all my deductions and I can finish it all in a few hours
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund

I am about to file up to the maximum number of federal returns for family members; this is a very nice plus. My state return will be filed separately by me since I am getting no refund

Program got STUCK trying to download state program

Instructions to clear STUCK included changing my computer's time and date!!!? What kind of operation is this?
Also, your healthcare and student aid sections are weak as far as ease of use.
Quality of instructions have slipped over the last 20 years. Not enough prep time by you in preparing instructions.
