AI help is worse than useless. The first response to one question was "Sure thing. If you want to pick this up later, I'll be happy to help again." If you think this is acceptable you're crazy.
I took the energy credit for installation of an electrical panel. Your program asked for a code which has never been issued to any manufacturer of these panels, and insisted it be entered twice. Turns out the code should have been for the "enabled equipment".
The end result is accurate, and in general the questioning is thorough. I just hope that next year the AI help has turned into actual help. User interface takes some getting used to, but is adequate.

I have been usings the HR Block Tax program for sseveral years. I like the way the software takes you through all the necessary steps to file my taxes. It is so simple to use for a senior.

Updates never work. They did not work last year either. Your software engineers must be on vacation. When the interview creates an error, manually correcting the error loses the ability to eFile.
Cons: Time consuming
