User Friendly

I've been using H&R Block Basic software for many years and have found it to be more user friendly than some others. The one criticism that I do have is the excessive price to add the state package. I do that online for free with the state's system. The only problem (very minor) is that the data doesn't transfer automatically.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare

I have used your product for years and am familiar with how it works. I like the feature that allows you to re-visit forms and change if necessary.

I am very happy by your product. But I have question that In my state return I think your software program is wrong. In schedule 3 You have show $ 3500 But I think It must $ 4000. You had not considered line No.5.This is in sch 3 total 6 line. Now what I Have to do Please guide me. Can you give me Your Fax No. Thank you

I bought the software (basic) two days ago. Finished in lightening speed and so easy to use, I could not believe it, especially with all the tax changes this year. I have used the same program for 10 years and never disappointed. Fantastic product!

I am not that great with computer technology, but had no problems with this program. I like that more than one person can use the program which saves time and money in our house.
