Easy to use and has the features we need, would be 5 stars if they allowed you to skip deductions and just go to standard deductions. Give people the choice to run through the program or just go to the standard deductions and skip all the questions without the hassle

I needed a copy of my 2024 tax return for real estate tax purposes and was told I was out of luck!
Unacceptable!! All my "green boxes" on my desktop disappeared once I loaded the 2025 software. Now I don't have access to any of my previous tax returns! After more than 10 years with you, perhaps I should return to Turbo Tax.

I have used H&R Block software for over a decade with top notch results. It is easy to use. The only somewhat hard task is to keep your records (receipts, mileage for business or charity, etc.) through the year so you have it at hand in case the IRS ever wants to see it.
