I like being able to print my return and mail instead of e-file.

Have used H&R Block software to do taxes for 10 years. Very simple to use, love that it imports information from previous years return...and never had an issue with any submiiited errors!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been using this software since 1995 or 96. I have always been pleased with using H&R Block's software.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Easy to import
Cons: Time consuming

Solid product. I've been using the tax software and filing my taxes myself for several years. No issues, always easy to use, and you can import your information from previous years tax returns.

How do I change the 2017 AGI

I downloaded tax info from my 2017 H&R Block tax forms into the H&R block 2018 program. When I was ready to e-file, I found that I needed to edit the AGI amount by one dollar, so I went to Help Central (within the program). The pop up window said, go to the Edit menu or right click the field but neither action allow me to make the needed change. I have a MAC and maybe those instructions are for Windows users. I was eventually helped by an IRS support person who told me to click on "Forms" to make the needed changes to my AGI amount.
Pros: Easy to install, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast
Cons: Hard to fix issues
