Purchased this other other options this year due to number of factors. Friends said they liked it. Have used H&R Block services in person and liked it. The cost of the product when taking the eFile option was less than the overall cost of a competitive product a few years back. So if I can get the same or better service than I payed to do the same thing only a few years back count me in.
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

Returned to buy and use H & R Block after using the package last year. Again, easy to use, with step by step tabs and questions.

I have used the H&R Block software for several years and it has asked the right questions and helped bme to get the best refunds.
Pros: Easy to fix issues, Maximizes refund, Easy to import

Still ease of use but was a few cliches this time. It would not allow me to have a check sent it forced me to have it direct deposit. the only choice i had was efile sent to account or print and send it in and have a check. Last year i efiled and had a check sent.
