I have used your software for years and had no problems. This year I tried to print my returns and it printed forms I did not need for my federal records. I also had great difficulty getting to the right place to print me State return. Ridiculous. Fix these and make it more user friendly. I won't use thus software again! Additionally there wasn't any support for the one topic I needed!
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have been using this for years now, and so nice to have import ability in order to save typing addresses and numbers.
