AGI transferred was incorrect

Software incorrectly transferred my AGI from the previous year causing my return to be rejected by the IRS. It transferred my w2 total instead of my AGI. This glitch also generated an error related to state return which doesn't apply to my case since my state doesn't have income tax. Herblock needs to fix this issue.

I have been using HRBlock tax software for 14 years. They have consistently provided a superior product and tremendous support. I will continue to be a loyal customer regardless of any enticements the competition might offer.

By the time all fees are paid the cost has become excessive...……… However, I am a 12-14 year customer of turbo tax, and the product I bought on-line wasn't able to file electronically...…. This was the first time...……Next year I will use HR Block

Cons: Hard to import

I have been using this product for years. Never had a problem with it. Walks you thru every step needed to file your taxes.

As a former Block preparer, i am happy to see the easy to follow format is still there. From installation to efileing, it took me less than 30 to 45 minutes to complete my return!
