Lots of problems

1. I had to remove a parent dependent this year. Your software did not delete all the forms associated when I deleted the dependent on the interview. I had to manually delete all the forms.
2. The irs rejected my return because the forms for residential energy credits are not updated with them. Your software did not pick up this problem.
3. I was charged twice for the state e file. The first time I tried to send my return and it was rejected you charged me even though you did not file the state return. The second time I tried to send my return i had to reenter my CC # . The second time you put my state return on hold, which is what I would have expected the first time.
4. I had an extremely hard time updating my software. I have had this problem in past years.
5. I am adding this because I have to fill in EVERY box on this review to submit it. Seriously, I need to create a title and nickname.

Font size

I have not been able to figure out a way to make the font larger and more bold in the software, as I have vision problems and sure could use a larger font
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

It concluded that I will be better off with standard deduction vs itemized but why did it still include the worksheets for the itemized in filing the return?
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

best program for the money

I have been using H&R Block programs for last 15 yrs. Never had a problem once. Highly recommend it. I use most basic programs because I live in TX and don't need state tax. It never takes me over 45 minutes start to finish and then I print copies and efile. nothing simpler

So easy to use

My hard drive crashed and I lost everything on it including my 2017 H&R Block tax return and I hadn't printed a copy! I had to email the IRS to get a copy and the instructions on the H&R 2018 site were so easy to understand and now my 2018 return has been filed and accepted by the IRS! Yay!!! looking forward to my refund!
