I have used your product for years and am very pleased with the product which I find easy to use. The only complaint I had over the years was when your software was no longer compatible with Windows 7. I don't like MS making prior versions of Windows unsupported or the vendors who no longer support the earlier versions of Windows. These upgrades in windows, like upgrades to MS Office products, are just as much about forcing users to upgrade as it is for improvements to the product.

I have been using your tax program for the last 4 years and it went perfect no issues. This year my filing got rejected cause of AGI issues. The remedy was listed and after reading it I was suppose to look at last year's paperwork but 2024 file that I saved was missing from my laptop along with 3 years prior. The saved info just gone. So my 2nd choice was to mail in the paperwork so I did send it to Austin TX. That was the beginning of February. The IRS says they have nothing I sent in. I know it take much longer to get the paper filing back but come on. On your app when I access it it say In Progress. Well I couldn't fix it that way so here I am with no return from the IRS. The fact your software left me hanging after 4 great years of success I'm not using you tax act again. Oh BTW I'm a senior citizen.

I bought this software in January 2026 and used it in February. It was very buggy, dropping some data that was input, changing other data that was input and creating doubt in my mind whether calculations were being done correctly. After the first update, there was some improvement but data continued to be changed or dropped. Very frustrating.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
