Easy to use

I had problems with the IRS accepting my return because of an update that had not been available at the time I filed. I finally got the update on Feb 15th, refiled and my return was accepted.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

This year, our federal tax return included a few rarely used forms, and also some new sources of income. I still completed the return with amazing ease, and our refund is set to be direct deposited just 8 days later. Can't recommend this product highly enough!

I've been using H&R Block software to do my taxes since 2005, and I love it. Just knowing the tax experts at H&R Block are behind you is very comforting. It seems that the software covers everything and is satisfying knowing that you're not missing any details that will get you in trouble with the IRS. My returns are not complicated, but I still want to use this software just to know I am filing a 'correct in every way', return. Some friends tried a competitor tax package, and then switched to H&R Block software and swear by it, and that convinced me years ago.
