Can't really afford a computer upgrade at this time, had to settle for H & R Block.

I am writing to report a significant issue I encountered while using your software. Although the product is generally user-friendly, I am unable to import my Fidelity information.
When attempting the import, I received "Error Code 13" with no further explanation or documentation regarding its meaning. I have confirmed that my software is completely up to date.
