Easy and Fast Tax Prep

All steps are very clear. Previous year info can be imported to save time.

Some problem with early download versdion

I bought this program in November and did all updates. When I tried to file I got a message that my return was not filed. After contacting HR Block I was given a new version which worked correctly. Marshanda was an excellent help. I have used HR Block for years and this was my first year with a problem.
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

Doing our taxes is easy with this software. We have been using HR tax software for years now. Easy step-by-step with instructions.

IRA's made easier

The past two years I've had to USPS my Federal return as the Basic software program did not cover traditional IRA's effectively. This year (2018) you did so. Thank you so much. This year it was a pleasure to be able to e-file my return.

Five IRS Rejections, but you stayed with me

The mailed CD did not work on my Vista operating system. When I called HRBlock saying that same software at Best Buy was compatible with Vista, he talked me through a download that worked. Yea! Then I efiled and was rejected for reasons which had no solution. Did that 5 times before success.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
