The software is great for people filing a Federal

The Federal tax software is great especially for people who file using the standard deduction. But for a Colo. state return, $19.95 is way too expensive in addition to the basic software cost. Maybe $4.95 extra to file a state return would be more reasonable. A one or two page state return without getting anything back or owning the state anything makes more sense.
I chose a much less expensive way to file my state return as I have done in past years.
I do hope you can consider this for next year's edition of tax software. Otherwise Turbo tax software will be my choice.
Maybe reduce the Federal taxes filed down to 2 or 3 filings per purchase and then add one or two state taxes filed with the purchase of your basic software package. Thanks for your consideration in this matter.

All steps are very clear. Previous year info can be imported to save time.

Some problem with early download versdion

I bought this program in November and did all updates. When I tried to file I got a message that my return was not filed. After contacting HR Block I was given a new version which worked correctly. Marshanda was an excellent help. I have used HR Block for years and this was my first year with a problem.

IRA's made easier

The past two years I've had to USPS my Federal return as the Basic software program did not cover traditional IRA's effectively. This year (2018) you did so. Thank you so much. This year it was a pleasure to be able to e-file my return.
