Great Result

I get this every year since 2002 and this has been the hardest one to work. The best thing about it is I got 5he biggest refund that I ever got but haven't got it yet.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

This Program Stinks

Could not print my return. Entered info and it disappeared. Cannot find anything Deluxe about this software. Finally I just filed to get it done. Still cannot print a copy to verify what I filed.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My return is relatively simple, so it went smoothly (major dissatisfaction isn't HR Block's fault, but the GOPs). BUT when after e-filing Federal I changed by mind and wanted to e-file State, too, I couldn't get back to that option. I went to Customer Support, but my username and password bounced. So I opted to revise password, gave email for access code, but it didn't show up on the email I provided. Lunched, came back 1/2 hour later and there was the HR Block email with the code. Tried it--wouldn't recognize it. So I gave up and am snail-mailing my state return. Moral of the story: don't get off the track with HR Block; if you do, it gets loopy.

Easy to understand, input and file to IRS

With the current rules for IRS tax returns this basic edition of H&R Block's basic 2018 software was perfect for our needs. We do not file a state return, and we appreciated a software package for our needs.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

Been using your product since 2008, for the first had some problems importing 2017 info so entered manually and had no problems. Easy to use, and E-Filing is
