I paid to file the taxes, but it didn't go through. Now it's asking me to pay again. The pin said pick any five digits. I got on the IRS website to find my IRS pin, but it's not that pin. How can you reject my taxes for the wrong pin if I'm allowed to enter any five digits. I don't know why my taxes aren't going through and your product isn't helping me
I paid once for the software. then for state then for Efile, then when it didn't go through, you wanted to charge me for another Efile. It feels like a rip off. Just give me the price up front.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good program except for K1 section

Very poor program for K1 forms. The K1 form/ worksheet does not match the K1 sent from the partnership.
Cons: Hard to prepare

I've used HR Block for years, find it relatively easy to use and accurate. This year I had to buy a new computer and lost earlier files. Submitted pdf copies to HR Block but they were not able to populate this year's fields so lots of work to reload. (You would think they would have my prior years on file.) In addition, they populated the AGI file with an incorrect # which caused the IRS to reject it so I had to dig out the records and repopulate the field. They only had one window and it should have been two but finally got it accepted. They should also have an option in the beginning of the deduction sections to just let you pick standard if you know that is the best option, rather than walking through page after page of meaningless calculations.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
