Good except the efile process

Everything went well except I had no idea that the efile code was sent separate and I could not find it. Your robotic answer machine could not transfer me so I paid for the efile for both state and federal. I thought the program was great until I could not get help. Because of this I will probably try something different next year.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I always buy the basic because I have been using it for years so I don't need the help along the way so I don't buy the more expensive versions.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Just stick it in and go. H&R is so easy to use. Never a hassle. Turbo tax beware.

Not being a techi, I never did find the "check status" feature once the return was accepted. I don't see instructions whether to send in 1099's since I e-filed. Better communication would be helpful to us less knowledgeable folks.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
