Bought this online and was very easy to use. One nice feature was having my 1099 forms downloaded by H&R. Will use again next year.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Update problem

I bought this product at the end of November. I installed it on an external drive. I had problems updating the software. Your software update manager would not respond to my requests to update the software. I must have tried 40 times to update the software to no avail. It appears that the software must be installed on the "C" drive for your software manager to recognize the program.

Had the usual trouble trying to figure out where to get help with some tax forms but eventually found them and got the tax completed.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
