I submitted my taxes on February 11thand I still have not received them. I have never waited this long before. I do not think I will use this program again I used a different program for my family and they all got the taxes back. I am getting very nervous of why it’s taking so long this year I have never had a problem before
Pros: Maximizes refund

This product handled my simple tax return easily and painlessly and quickly. It was easy to use.

I am having a lot of problems this year.

I had to file state twice and run my credit card twice. I had to uninstall Illinois and reinstall it .
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
