Software was very "clunky" to use. Definitely hard to navigate through all the items. No easy way to jump directly to previous entries. Didn't like the menu setup and user interface.

The software is literally a pain to use. The lack of a **dark mode** is causing severe strain on my eyes.
In terms of tax preparation-related functionality, there are two issues:
1) The software insisted on warning about the fact the wages in box 3 of one W2 were identical to those of box 1. It's only a warning, but there are factors the software did not take into account. Namely, the data for the field was imported and the values derived were completely beyond my control. Either don't warn in this situation or provide some sort of direct acknowledgement of the warning to dismiss it in further reviews. 2) The collection of interest on a vehicle loan for deduction did not explicitly state this was only for vehicles assembled in the US. The item was flagged in review, but I had to go search externally to understand *why* it was flagged. Once I understood, I cleared the data collected.
