Simple to use

I did my mother's taxes including a household employee and it was very straightforward and easy to use. The high charge for state returns seems unfair.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

Really left me hanging on my K1.

You could have done much more to help with filing my K1. At least point me to the IRS link for Partner's Instructions for Schedule K-1. And how about a few general statements like passive losses can only be used to offset gains. Really very poor in this area. Do better next year, Otherwise a good product.

E-filing More Than Five Returns

Each year I prepare six friend & family returns. The Basic software allows five free e-files. One year the software allowed me to pay for the sixth return, but the last several years it has not let me. One year, I paid for number one thinking that would allow me five free, but it only allowed four free and disallowed number five. Is there any way to file five short of purchasing TWO software packages?

My return is fairly simple. I've used this software to prepare my tax report for several years. It's done a good job for me, and has improved each year.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents

Been using Block since 1993. Tried other, came back! I hope next year a Chromebook version is available for the Chrome OS?
