This normally would be a 5 star, I've used this product for at least 5 years and this is the first time I had some problems. First problem was after entering all my information but before printing, I had to take time to recheck some info; when i returned the next day the system took be back to the starting point. Second problem was at the filing point. i got into some kind of loop to update the system. It finally effected the filing. Otherwise it was, as usual easy to navigate and I do plan on using this product again.

I have used the H&R Block tax preparation software for at least 8 or 9 years and couldn't be happier with a tax prep software product. It is so easy to use, very detailed and explanatory, and for a senior citizen like myself it is clear and easy to follow. Excellent product!!

Problem with e file

I like the program, but when you try to e-file there is nothing in the program that tells you that you have to get a new identity Protection pin from the IRS each year. Filed once, came back need ID pin, so looked up last years and refiled, came back again and then went to IRS and got a new pin. Filled a third time and finally was excepted.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

I’ve used this program for over 30 years with no problem. This year the download got lost and I spent hours on the phone trying to find it. The program is good but there should not be issues obtaining it. (Yes, I did look in all my email folders)
