Product is simple, easy to use. Only issue was the CD I received in the mail, as I always get in December, would not load, so had to purchase online. I like having the CD as backup, just in case, and when I call the number, can never get an actual person to ask for a new CD to be sent.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Frustrating, but better than doing it myself

My family purhcased a copy to share. Even though it says you can download it on additional computers it would not accept the code and I had to drive to my dad's house to prepare my taxes on his computer. It is also frustrating when it asks you for information and then tells you that it won't affect your taxes it all - so gathering that info was a waste of time. It should check if you need it first.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

VERY SATISFIED--THE SOFTWARE WAS VERY UNDERSTANDABLE AND WAS EASY TO PROCESS.

The return was initially rejected on E-File by IRS because the 2017 AGI was not entered.and when I tried to enter it in the block provided I could not. I assumed that since I have been using your program for years that it would be automatically put in. Please make your instructions clearer in this page. I finally edited the page and entered it and resubmitted it and it was accepted.
Cons: Hard to import documents

This year's return was a bit more complicated since my husband retired. But your software walked me though every step and I feel confident it will be OK!!

I have used Block software for the past few years and it has always been easy to use with step by step instructions and easy filing. I will continue to us it for the next many yars.
