Very dependable

I bought this product when it was first introduced last November at an excellent price. I am so glad I did as it has helped me file a risk free return for the past several years and hopefully beyond.
Pros: Easy to prepare

i HAVE USED THIS SOFTWARE FOR 15 YEARS FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS IT WONT ALLOW ME TO E-FILE SAYS AN ERROR ON PAYEES NUMBER CALLED SAID THEY CANT OR WONT HELP ME

Filing Taxes Made Easy

I have been using H&R Block tax software for many years. I think they are the best. It makes filing simple and foolproof.and you can be sure I will continue to use H&R Block.

DVD purchased in store was defective.

Since the purchased DVD was defective, ended up having to have customer support download correct version
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Product is simple, easy to use. Only issue was the CD I received in the mail, as I always get in December, would not load, so had to purchase online. I like having the CD as backup, just in case, and when I call the number, can never get an actual person to ask for a new CD to be sent.
Pros: Easy to prepare
