It was simple and fast. Bought it at Walmart and the price was right. Entries were straight and forward.

The worst program that I have ever purchased. No problems in the past. I will go elsewhere. It asks for an update for 2018 and it's not available ... sets me in a loop and won't accept forms...a waste of money!
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I would like the software better if I could see the whole tax form without the work sheets interspersed on the form.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Had a problem . I waited two months for word from the IRS that my return was accepted. Went back through my document and discovered it was sent to them without my 2017 income summary. Somehow I missed that input and I guess the software missed it also. I had saved my 2017 file so that info was available. With in a couple of hours the IRS notified me that they had accepted my E-File.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
