I found it disappointing that the program would not accept “RIC“ meaning regulated investment company as the foreign country that is the source of a foreign tax. I had to do a workaround to get the credit to show.

My return was rejected because of a software error on form 1116. One would expect that the software had been properly tested.

I like the fact it finds information from the years before and automatically fills in most everything but the $ amounts. Very user friendly, accurate, and easy to file online and get refund in usually less than 20 days. Never had an audit or a kickback. Extremely reliable.

I have been using this software for years. It is easy to use and works great. The efiling works well. There was only one time that I had a tax item it could not handle (I checked and Turbo tax could not do it either).
