It seemed a lot easier last year...

It referenced forms that said "see instructions" but help did not lead to instructions. Had to Google instructions. (Who can understand IRS instructions? ... they must want you to give up.)
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

BASIC served my needs

I tried a free software with the IRS, which said I owed money. I then purchased the H&R Block software, which I've always done in previous years, and it said I was due a small refund. Guess which one I ended up using!!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought the product online and think that I got a good deal. I find this product to be easier to use than the other tax software.

One hiccup

Works good except for how it handles QCD on 1040 form. It calculates the donation correctly but doesn't put the amount of the donation on the 1040 and the IRS therefore can't match correctly and sends a "you owe us money" letter.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

I gave it four stars, but I really can't complain a lot. For what I paid it was a pretty good deal. It helps me get through a very complicated tax year!
