1) Fidelity stock sale import was incomplete

When I imported the stock sales from Fidelity it did not pick up any of the 'date acquired'. I had to go back and manually enter them.
Also for the HDHP (HSA) questions it only asks if I spent the HSA contributed money on medical/dental expenses. There is no option if I just put the money in my HSA savings account without spending any of it.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

horrible...did no print the full first page of 1040 may have to send an amended return.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

Easy to use

My 3rd year using the Deluxe package. Very satisfied since the other guys increased their price and lowered the forms previously covered. I found it easy to use but finding answers to some questions were OK but I had to hunt for the answers. I would recommend a bookmark for the step-by-step feature.
Pros: Easy to import documents

I've been a user of H&R Block Tax software for many years - going all the way back to the TaxCut days. It has always met my needs. Simple, eay to use, easy to file, what more do you need in tax software?
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

We were not able to find or locate an address to mail out return. I had to go to the 2017 return to find a mailing address
Cons: Time consuming

Kept freezing. Closing in and out. Asked me for updates twice during my first file. Charged my bank account twice! Still trying to figure out how to get a refund on the 2nd charge. Will never use again.
Cons: Hard to prepare

Great value & reliable tax software

I have been using them for over 10 years. I have never had a problem. They are very reasonably priced.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
