Almost excellent in All Aspects

Easy to download and install. Fairly easy to import last years info into current return. Fairly easy to import tax info from forms as my pension info is not available for auto download. Accuracy check did provide a problem that a 30 minute call to support e`was finally able to resolve. The problem was not apparent in initial data entry of basic taxpayer info and did not arise until after the next to last update. The issue had to do with having a foreign address and unable to input a USA phone number into the data that caused an accuracy fault that prevented e-filing. The error did occur last year. Otherwise, an uneventful filing as in prior years with HR Block tax software. Cudos for support!

First disk did not work correctly had to exchange for a new one - - they it worked fine. No one at H&R Black could help me with my first problem - - it did not save my work - - worked for hours, saved it and went to work on it again and it wasn't there

I have used H&R Block software for several years now and I have not experienced a single issue with the IRS concerning my returns. Worth the price and the peace of mind.

I've been using H&R Block tax software for years. I couldn't do my taxes without it and I love the explanations on items I find confusing. I don't worry when I click the send button.

File Your Taxes with Ease and Confidence

Being in my mid-twenties, I don’t have an abundance of knowledge when it comes to taxes. To me, the IRS is a giant monster who can ruin your life if the slightest mistake is made. H&R Block is with you every step of the way, and I am not riddled with anxiety before hitting that ‘Submit’ button.

This has been the fifth year in a row I have used H&R Block tax software.
Very good. But, this year there is a problem with printing the forms correctly.
