Not very clear instructions for an extension

The program is easy to use, but I am stressed at the fact they are not clear about filing an extension. I followed instructions for an extension, however, it indicates I filed my taxes. I would like clarity that an extension was filed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My federal return only took me two-and-a-half hours! Very simple, clear, easy instructions.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

Pretty user friendly as long as you have no complication to your return

Basic 2018, straight forward questions

Have used H&R block for years. Always asks the right questions. Not sure why I had to pay state fee again to re-file efile after IRS rejection. Great customer support.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Good consistency between years

I like that you basically learn the H&R system once, and future years have been consistent. The most confusing part I've found is in the area of inherited IRA's where the code is 4-Death and you have the IRA/SEP/SIMPLE code. This always seems to trick me every year and it should be a process that is common and simple

Dont believe a word of their story./ They will NOT have your back if youa re audited. Nope they enter you period. Enter YOU IN THE begeebus actually.
