Activation codes

I use codes in plural because the original one would not work. The second one which I got from Robot Man wouldn’t work either.
After an hour of waiting on support line, Jason who did a great job fixed me up.
While I was waiting I searched on online for a solution and discovered efile activation code were a problem 4 months ago.

Easy!

I have been using H&R Block tax software since it was TaxCut. Every year since 1997. Great, easy, asks all the right questions to you or provides informative concerns. It walks me through what was very difficult and challenging filing on paper.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I give it 3 stars not because there's anything wrong with it, it's just with the new tax laws you don't need to even pay for tax software anymore - most deductions are gone. If you're on a fixed income (under $50K) with no foreign income or unusual sources of income/unusual deductions, just save your money and go with the short form. Property taxes, deductions for work and large charitable gifts are now impossible to use if your income is below $50K so it's just plugging in the numbers from various wages, pensions and interest. No comment on my return, which ended up about (on average) 10% less than I've gotten over the last 5 years. Plus, as with most tax software, you have to check for updates AFTER you answer the last question, input all your credit card/routing info, then re-enter most of it all over again after the update is downloaded. Why do they do that? I've tried downloading it 15 minutes before I electronically file - doesn't matter, as soon as you push that last button it tells you to update. Very aggravating.

I have been using this software for 7 years now and I will never use anything else. It has made doing my taxes more enjoyable instead of regretting having to do them. Thank you for such a great product....

Fortunately, my mother's tax returns are very simple. I started them today in the early afternoon and was done by 10 PM. So easy and very fast!
