Never use it again. Inexpensive for federal but they stiff you for state

I was dreading doing my taxes this year after having to pay the IRS the past 3 years. WOW! Not only did this program walk me through every conceivable scenario, but I ended up with a sizable refund! E-Filed for free. My money will be direct deposited in a few days. Extremely happy!

After finishing, the software informed me that all was complete, accurate, and accepted by the IRS. I was then informed I have nothing left to do, and the payment would be made automatically. THIS NEVER HAPPENED! I got a notice and a fine from the IRS indicating my failure to pay my taxes!
