H&R Block takes the drudge out of filing your taxes. It’s quick, easy and uncomplicated. Gives you just enough guidance and doesn’t over complicate the process.

Purchased today and nothing but aggravation. Took forever to install then got to where I could purchase the state and got charged twice and never got the download for state
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My return was rejected because it said I needed to download and install the update for the Federal program. There was no update available!!!

The software is easy to use to file taxes. Sadly, every time I click check status it says there is an error now and it won’t update. I still haven’t gotten notification if my taxes were accepted yet and it’s almost been 48 hours. So I’m a little frustrated at the current time.

Program will not allow me to submit online. Gives me refusal codes that dont show on the irs website. Tells me to print it iut and send it in by mail!

Have been using HR Block for many years both for business and personnal. It does all the work for us and is easy to use. Wouldnt use any other tax software.
