Used for several years. Easy and accurate. Like the continual refund status update as you go through the questions, explanations for all input areas, and final return check before sending the return to IRS.

On the 1099 processing screen, if you if you remember to go to whole form view, you can calculate the taxable amount. I'll recommend that if the taxable amount is checked, the next screen takes you through the simplified method, instead of having to remember to go searching.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I bought and processed my return last evening, since I had a fairly simple return. I gather needed info as it is received in a file folder, over the year, so entering into the software is a very simple task. I have used e-file and direct deposit for several years now and even that has improved. I like that the program automatically update the balance due or refund as I was going thru the program.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

I had a very simple return so this was generally a good product to select. The only problem I had was a couple of times while deselecting a box, the whole processed crashed requiring me to re-enter all my data which took me about 45 additional minutes. That said, the verification process worked well (I had mistyped a couple of zip codes and it caught those). Additionally, my state has free on-line tax prep so for a relatively easy return it would be a waste of money to purchase the state return software.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

I always have trouble finding where to input the estimated federal taxes that were paid for the year.
