Easy to use. Help screens could be better if they gave you an interpretation instead of zipping you right into the relevant section of IRS code.

just finished doing my Federal tax return and had it done within a very short time instead of 2 back to back weekends. It corrected my input errors and breezed right thru to the end! It was super easy to use. I love it!! Just as good if not better and cheaper than going to an accountant!!

I have used this software for many years and it has always worked great for me. This year when I completed my taxes and went to e-file one last box wanted my 2018 adjusted income from line 7. The box was greyed out and wouldn't let me enter anything. I thought that since I had imported last year's information that the software had calculated the correct information. I filed my taxes only to have the IRS reject my e-file. I had to go back and use an override process to enter the right info. Never had this happen before.
