Review of tax forms before efile

I was quite aggravated when I saw that the IRS had returned my Fed tax form. Your prof ram should have caught the easy mistake that I made of not having the correct sums in their proper boxes. When I r a submitted I had to use up another free code. That is not fair.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Generally good, but possible bug with 1040-X

Have been using for years without issues. This year, ran into what seemed to be bad calculation with 1040-X form for amended return, even though I followed instructions; granted that the form isn't final (have to wait until 2/14), but that should not cause such a flagrant problem, ie. it says my original amount was 0, even though my return was already been filed and accepted! I will probably be calculating this form manually, since it can't be e-filed with the IRS anyway.

I have always used Turbotax in the past, but was put off by it not working on y older computer. Turbotax kept updating their platform. I installed H&R software and it worked fine except for it quitting unexpectedly. I solved this by saving frequently and this may be more fault of my computer than your software. We'll see next year.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
