No problems until the very end. Would not print hard copy and was forced to e-file my Federal tax return. No problems with the printer.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Relatively easy to use. I did have a problem with my federal retirement income and the simplified general rule as I have already received full credit for my prior deductions. Got it figured out and completed and filed the return successfully. Due to the new tax law I was not able to claim deductions so cannot comment on how that would have went.
