Never have had this happening to my returns.. You have an error on your side and my return was rejected due to your inability of having the program ready. How upsetting.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great package. Allows basic tax form entry and submission. Even good for simple business taxes for self employed. Have not had to use the consulting options.
