Overall the program is easy to use. All you need to do is follow the instructions and make entries based upon your W2's, 1099's, etc. I received my tax return funds in less than two weeks.

Never have had this happening to my returns.. You have an error on your side and my return was rejected due to your inability of having the program ready. How upsetting.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
