I bought this software for the past four years. Easy to use and it bring it the previous years information and makes it very easy to fill in the blanks. I finished in no this year.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

My first software would not download into Win 10. The subsequent replacement downloaded correctly with no problems. Completing the Federal and State was easy because of the clear instructions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good and complete forms but no way to enlarge text

Two weeks it kept saying, no internet connection while everything thing else on my PC was working fine. ??? Assume it was waiting for 02-14 update. But that’s not what it said, kept saying try again to update for two weeks

It is a great product. I have been using it to file my Federal taxes since 2004. Once data is entered the first time, the next years software imports all of the information for you. My taxes are more or less the same each year, so after the previous years data is imported, it is a matter of editing the figures.
