Easy download but....

Always use H&R Block to prep my tax return and e-file. This year, the system imported an incorrect AGI from my last year's (2018) tax return.. I needed to override the amount and hope that doesn't delay the approval of my usually simple tax return.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Awkward. Tedious. Forgets its own information and then expects me to remember information for it. Galactically annoying user license runs 50 pages, presumably as a form of encryption by legalese. Will NOT recommend to anyone.
