I love this software. I only use federal because the state I reside in has their own program. HR Block is easy to use and explains everything. I switched from Turbo Tax years ago and am glad I did.

Electronic filing is a great feature that I always use. So far I never needed the HR Block support so I cannot rate that. I highly recommend this product.
