Have used for years snd find it very good. Only have one suggestion...break out interview for IRA Mandatory distrbutions. Dont relegate these distributions to a footnote. Make it easier to know when RMD has to be input.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

I have only one concern with this software. For two years in a row now, my vehicle mileage calculates on the page but does not add to the total deductions. Is this normal? All previous years I have used your product this feature worked. Now it does not?
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Very user friendly, every question has an explanation in case you're unsure which box to check. If you're still unsure you can connect with a tax professional through a link or call. It makes it so easy a caveman can do it!

I've used this software for several years running now. It does the job well, imports everything from prior years without a hitch, is intuitive, and they give you 5 efiles with it so if you do taxes for another member of your household, it just works.
