Top Notch customer service

I ran into some software issues and had to call customer service. The on-hold recorded audio was the best ever - and then the rep was very patient while I worked through what ended up being a problem on my side - she wanted to make sure I was able to finish and get into the software. Awesome.
I find the software to be slightly less technical than I would prefer. You dont get to see the forms as they exist from the IRS which makes reviewing them somewhat confusing. This is likely not the consensus.
Overall I would recommend this product.

When ever I file I get taken into these different loops. Last year my taxes were delayed from this system I gave it another chance this year but it's looking like possibly another delay. My activation code didn't work correctly even though I paid.
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Good but need a couple tweaks

I've used this product for years now and like it very much. It is generally easy to use but I have two issues. First, it doesn't autorun anymore like it used to. I had to find it on the computer to make it run. Second, I was confused as to where to enter my Social Security income. It would have been helpful to have a mention at the front of the income section saying that SS will be entered later. Other than those it is great software at a great price.
