I have used this product for years for personal taxes. Easy to understand. Accurate. I continue to be satisfied. E filing is perfect for me.

Just one gripe

I do not like the procedure for saving a pdf file. Have to change printer and then have a hard time finding it.

MUCH better than last years program. I was ready to switch to turbo after last year. Glad I didn’t.

Good user friendly program, have used H&R last 2 years versus Turbo Tax for a number of years. As long as you know the basics of income tax, should be able to use your program nicely.

My spouse is a retired public service officer and the program failed to take that into account and did not give him the $3000 credit. I had already e-filed when he brought that to my attention. I started over again and discovered that the only way to address this was to go to the full form and enter how much he had deducted from his pay for health insurance. When can I file an amended return?
