I've been using this software for years. This is tgi first time I have had issues. I will try next year. And if I have problems I will no longer use this software!

Had a lot of trouble with the review. The program tells me to review 17 items, but does not tell me what is wrong and how to correct the problem. The problem is high-lighted. I checked the data and found it be be correct. Could it be the name, maybe, so I added the account number. Nothing I did worked. After 4 hours I gave up and pressed on continued with-out clearing the problem. At that point the program tells me to continue as the best option.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good software that is fairly easy to use. As a former user of the free online version, I found this to be a little overwhelming with the number of questions but that's the price to pay for the added functionality. As installed software, I wish the help documentation was included on disk for the times when I'm without internet. They also charge more for state with this version of the software than they do with the free version.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Fast
