Easy to use. Helpful tips. Much better than trying to grind out a return by hand....especially when certain items have different tax treatments, like capital gains.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

It was a good experience doing taxes with HR Block software downloaded to a Windows 10 machine, but might be even better if running in Ubuntu Linux. Taxes took about a half hour to complete, no problems.

Most processes were easy to follow. But the check for problems was confusing
