I switched back to TaxCut a few years ago after your main competitor started price gouging. I appreciate the equally thorough and simple interview process to help me get through my various forms, but for far less cost. I do wish live chat was available on the weekends, though.
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming
