Keeps getting better from when I "cut the cord" from TurboTax back in '14.

The software was ok, it was easy to download, but had trouble updating it. The software allowed me to do my taxes, and gave good information as I filled out the forms.

I really love the side notes that you can click on for helpful information, so that you don't have to try to hunt information else where. My tax situation is somewhat complicated, but the basic program makes it so easy and handles it all. It is like someone is there helping you fill it out. What really is great is that it is even easier the next year because it remembers what you did the year before, thus saving time on entries and making sure you don't forget something on your current return. I have tried other products, but this has worked well for me, going on eight years now, with no hick-ups.
